Team Effectiveness Wheel

Based on our Team Effectiveness team coaching model, the wheel is one of two diagnostic tools that allows teams and their leaders to create a Real Time snapshot of the level at which they believe they are performing. Adapted from the Wheel of Personal Satisfaction this tool is intended to help an individual leader identify areas in which her or his team is performing effectively and notice areas that may benefit from a fresh way of thinking.

To explore your own snapshot further, consider the areas outlined below and reflect both on the questions we’ve asked and on the thoughts and feelings that they create in you. There are 40 questions in total and it should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.  To receive a short personalised report on your wheel, simply add your name and email address.
