Our Systems Coaching projects provide organisations with consulting around the creation or development of a more formalised coaching culture within an organisation, or one of its business units.
From there we can provide professional training for those who will work as either internal coaches or leader-coaches, as internal coaches, along with ongoing supervision, mentoring and professional development towards individual Accreditation and beyond.
We are proud to support the work of the Association for Coaching (AC) in developing internal and leader-coaches.
“As CEO I need time and space to do some thinking about our future’ or, ‘As CFO I have very different decision making approaches to the COO – which sometimes creates issues”.
We hear these kinds of comments often and are skilled in working as thinking partners for individual Executives, and Pivotal Board relationships in exploring issues such as:
Our Team, and Team of Teams, Coaching intervention programme creates the opportunity for a team to explore its purpose, priorities, quality of internal relationships and wider systemic context within an engaged and genuine work environment.
If a team engages fully around these three areas it will significantly and measurably increase its effectiveness.
Thus we facilitate honest conversations directly related to specifically identified team and wider organisational needs, issues and objectives, empowering clients to learn from their working experience and use this learning to create significant shift in their outputs.
We are proud to be collaborating with Harthill Consulting in developing Team applications for their Leadership Development Profile.
Our bespoke Leadership Development programmes produce executive leaders for the future by empowering operational and second tier leaders in the present.
They challenge those with high potential to ‘step up to the plate’ now, and consistently deliver high performance outputs. Our vision for these programmes is to resource participants in their journey towards greater effectiveness by helping them better understand themselves, the role that they play, their current challenges, and the system within which they are providing leadership.
Our in depth personal experience of how people best work across their systems and networks has proven to be of great benefit to participants in our programmes delivering immediate positive change within their sponsoring organisations.
All our work is about equipping organisations to deliver great client service – everything! So in every project we ‘stand in their clients’ shoes’ representing their point of view.
A key question we ask every coach, and highlight on all our leadership or coach development programmes is “What will this work we are doing today deliver for your customers, and then for their customers also?” And another is “What might this work deliver for your clients of the future?” Approaching the conversation this way allows everyone to broaden their viewpoint and come to grips with the real purpose of their work.
Whether it’s in a coach supervision group, on a leadership training programme or in coaching conversation with a leader or a team, we work to ‘bring the end user of their service into the room’ – not physically, but with no less of a powerful impact.
