Our Real Time Systems projects focus initially on offering consulting around the creation or development of a more formalised coaching culture within an organisation, or one of its business units.
From there we will assist the L&D lead by providing training, supervision and professional development for their identified internal coaches, and by providing on ongoing resource library of carefully curated material.
