We do this in a way that will cause minimal disruption for your people whilst providing us with insights into how to interact with them in an effective and meaningful way.

As our name might suggest we spend 80% of our time observing our clients and actively listening to what they say, so that 20% of our time produces informed and specifically targeted action. By reflecting with participants around these observations and their potential consequences we can raise awareness of ‘what is actually going on’ and discuss options and likely outcomes with the individual or group. This creates context and  opportunity for meaningful  feedback thus prompting rapid shift in effectiveness, relationships and culture.

We come to our work as ourselves, and ask that our clients also adopt this approach. By being present together  ‘where we are’ in this way we can all gain important insights and deeper understanding of the system and culture in which we are working together, which in turn can provide clients with much deeper understanding of themselves, their colleagues and their work. This approach shapes an environment in which problems and their solutions exist side by side; allowing those who own their challenges to also identify and own their own responses.
