We spend 80% of our time actively listening and observing so that 20% of our time produces an informed and targeted action. By tracking and recording observed behaviours we can raise awareness of an issue and discuss the appropriate action with the individual or group.

Our progress reports create an opportunity for feedback and reflection, and sets an agreement for self-intiated solutions.

Our approach may, at times, include being present with people during genuine work activity, following the normal pattern of their schedules and behaviours

In being present with an individual or team ‘where they are’ in this way we can gain important insights and deeper understanding of the system in which they are located, which in turn can illuminate the rest of our work together.

To remove participants from their workplace can abstract the real environment in which problems and their solutions exist, and so we seek to balance off and on site activity appropriately.

There is an energy and enthusiasm that comes from being ‘in the moment’. Our coaches are experienced in recognising when to apply rigour and when to listen to intuition. Many issues that organisations are facing revolve around people communicating with each other we get to talk about the things that are important to their specific work.
