Our people are all practitioners of many years’ standing who have ourselves learned how to work effectively and efficiently in times of change, challenge and diminishing resources.

Ian Mitchell

Author of ‘How to safely quit the day job‘ (Blackhall Publishing, May 2009) Currently completing a MA in ‘Coaching Leaders through Transition and Change’ (Chester University)

Formerly Managing Director at Deloitte Pensions and Investments I combine professional coaching expertise with my experience as a senior executive to create the systemic focus that underpins my work.

My style is supportive, unobtrusive and curious but also, when appropriate, challenging and provocative. I offer clients a confidential, impartial perspective that creates a thinking environment in which they can reflect and develop the clarity and confidence required to commit to actions that deliver lasting change.

Siân Lumsden

Qualified Executive and Team Coach holding a Post Graduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching from Chester University and Barefoot Coaching.

Highly experienced catalyst for leadership development across national and multinational blue chip organisations within Banking, Financial & IT sectors and the NHS.

Formerly the owner of Surrey based Movere Consulting, I have for many years been inspired by the opportunity to work with people in supporting and resourcing them to think for themselves and explore the implications of some of the psychological factors that affect their ability to perform to their maximum within their working environment.

My coaching style is based on building a relationship with my clients that supports and provokes them towards discovering the clarity, courage and commitment needed to change their experience of work and life, and to find their place more fully within their organisation.

Our wider team is made up of sector specialists and subject matter experts covering a wide range of consulting, training and coaching competencies who combine to provide us with the capacity to successfully deliver larger projects across UK and RoI.
