Ian holds both a MA in ‘Coaching Leaders through Transition and Change’ and a PG Certificate in Coach Supervision from the University of Chester. He is both a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and Association of Coaching (AC) accredited coach.

Andrew Brown (Associate Coach)

Andrew holds a Practitioner’s Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Association of Executive Coaching (UK), a PG Dip in Advanced Studies in Education (QUB) and the Professional Qualification for Headship (NI) awarded by the Department of Education’s Regional Training Unit.

With thirty years’ experience in the education system ,including several as Vice-Principal of a large school in N Ireland, Andrew specialises in coaching those in that sector, offering:.

  • Middle and Senior Management coaching
  • First-Time Vice-Principal/Headmaster coaching
  • Career coaching for those working towards the Professional Qualification for Headship (NI).
  • Board of Governor coaching

Laura Shuckburgh (Associate Coach)

Currently a Consultant Director in Rickett Architecture (Leamington Spa), Laura is an experienced leader in the professional services, advertising and creative sectors. She is passionate about unlocking the potential that lies within each of her clients and to do so has developed a coaching style that can at times be challenging whilst always offering a deep level of support. 
 
Laura is currently completing her ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and specialises in:

  • One to one coaching with Directors, team Leaders and Entrepreneurs
