Ian Mitchell BA, MA, PGCert Coach Supervision, FLIM

With a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, an MA in ‘Coaching Leaders through Transition and Change’ and a growing practice in Coach Supervision and Development, Ian’s primary focus is on enabling leaders, teams & coaches  to develop the inquiry-based leadership required to bring about personal and organisational transformation in times of heightened complexity. .

An Association of Coaching (AC) Accredited Executive Coach, Ian is also an Accredited Practitioner in the Leadership Development Framework and PROPHET profiling tool,

Formerly AC RegIonal Chair (Ireland), Ian is the current Area Chair for NW Europe.



Siân Lumsden PGCert Business and Personal Coaching

Siân holds a PG Certificate in Business, Personal and Executive Coaching, and a Certificate in Team Coaching (Team Coaching Studio), and is an alumnus of the 2019 Nautilus Experience Team Coaching Experience.

A Team Coaching specialist, Siân works extensively with leaders and their teams within NHS, Construction, Banking, and Professional Services. Her work generates deep inquiry into compelling purpose in times of change and complexity, whilst creating space for teams to dismantle the obstacles that are obstructing their response to that purpose.

Siân is Accredited in a number of diagnostic instruments including the PROPHET team profile, and and is the creator of the Connectivity self discovery tool for individuals and teams. 



Jess Hood (Executive Coach)

Jess in an Accredited Foundation Executive Coach (Association for Coaching) and holds an ILM Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. She has over 10 years experience working in the Healthcare sector including holding leadership positions in both Primary Care and community NHS settings.

Jess’s background includes operational management of a number of clinical services, bringing together widely diverse individuals into strong cohesive teams.



Andrew Brown (Associate Coach)

Andrew holds a Practitioner’s Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Association of Executive Coaching (UK), a PG Dip in Advanced Studies in Education (QUB) and the Professional Qualification for Headship (NI) awarded by the Department of Education’s Regional Training Unit. With thirty years’ experience in the education system ,including several as Vice-Principal of a large school in N Ireland,

Andrew is the ILM approved Assessor for our Level 7 programme, whilst offering specialist coaching in the education sector to school headmasters and members of their leadership teams in conjunction with the Education Authority of Northern Ireland.



Jane Nart (Intern Coach)

Currently training to become an Executive Coach, Jane also works as our Practice Co-ordinator.

Following a long ago period as Exec Assistant to Ian in the late1980s, Jane left Belfast to lead and develop internationally staffed teams carrying out community programmes in Amsterdam where she developed a deep understanding of diversity and inclusion.  On returning to Ireland some ten years later she and her husband set up an Estate Agency firm – a role she juggled alongside co-ordinating their family of four growing children and teenagers!
