Formerly Managing Director at Deloitte Pensions, Dublin, Ian has wide experience of leading teams in an organisational setting, combining this with his coaching and mentoring expertise to bring a systemic focus to his work

Siân holds a PG Certificate in Business, Personal, and Executive Coaching from the University of Chester and is a Qualified Team Coach (Barefoot Coaching)
Creator of our Connectivity Individual and Team Coaching tool, Siân has over 20 years’ experience in coaching within organisations, helping individuals and teams to perform to their maximum capability within their working environment and to help those around them to perform to theirs. Her work is underpinned by a deep understanding of how human personality can affects workplace behaviour.
